On Your Helmet Chin Strap

Everyone who uses a motorcycle, bicycle, snowmobile, roller blades, skateboard or skis, runs the risk of being seriously injured in case of an accident. The RESCUE FACTS Emergency Medical Information Pack wraps around your helmet chin strap and is secured by Velcro.

While this device won't prevent an accident, it can give the police and EMTs the needed edge to save your life. Written in English and Spanish, it contains all the necessary I.D. and medical information, including a consent to treat form.

The info Pack for helmets is black with a white embroidered or screen-printed Medical Symbol that alerts police or EMS that it contains important medical information. It is made of a softer nylon material than the seat belt or pet collar Packs. It fits around straps up to 1 1/4" wide.
